From houses, apartments, cottages, and favourite buildings – I hope to capture the character of your favourite and treasured places. Using clean and minimalistic lines paired with DigitaI Watercolour, I aim to paint an elegant portrait illustration of your homes.
Please note: Custom home portraits typically ship within 3-4 weeks of placing an order.
HOW IT WORKS:
- Choose a building that you'd like recreated into a minimalistic watercolour illustration.
- Choose a high quality image : Screenshots are not accepted due to the low resolution quality of the image.
- Please note, this pricing is for the building only.
- Pricing of additional background details (such as foliage, trees, etc.) can be added for an additional $10.
- A hand-lettered family name, special quote, or street address (Jones Family Est. 2019) can be added to the bottom of the piece - please specify in your Order Notes at the checkout page with the exact spelling and wording you would like.
- Families can be added to the front of the home - please email hello@clarkandbell.ca for further info.
- This portrait will be done in the Minimalistic style, and will be the artist's interpretation and rendition of the best representation (in colour matching and image) of your photo. If there are specific details you would like included, please specify in your Order Notes at checkout, or discuss with me prior.
PHOTOS THAT WORK BEST:
- MUST BE a clear, high-quality photo of the building
- A screenshot or image from Google Maps will not be sufficient to pull the required detail from.
- Please use a photo that does not have objects obstructing the view of the home.
- ***PLEASE NOTE : I work from ONE photograph - I do NOT splice together different angles to create one cohesive drawing - reference photo must be a clear shot of the angle you would like drawn.
